My wife and I visited Cyprus for a holiday and fell in love with the Island.
We were given excellent briefing on the legal processes and options available to us to obtain residency in Cyprus.
They assisted us through their contacts to obtain non-holiday accommodation for an extended period while we toured the island looking for an area to live. This was invaluable option that they recommended for us. It enabled us to make the right decisions of where we wanted to live and to see if the relocation was the right choice for us.
They recommended an excellent lawyer for the purchase of our current home and for our obtaining of residency. The lawyer was diligent and tenacious in obtaining material and information the other parties lawyer and spotted problems. The legal issues would have had significant cost impacts on us; if we had to rectify them at a later stage.
Our obtaining of residency was smooth and completely stress free. Access to financial institutions and banking was also stress free.
They were professional and proactive throughout the process and nothing was too much of a problem, even when we called them out of office hours.
